Dr. Aesha Drozdowski, Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist from the St. Alphonsus Medical Group, writes:

I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that the allotted slots for COVID-19 Vaccinations on 3/11 and 3/13/21 at the Gordman’s location in Meridian, which will be opened to the public this evening (3/10/21).

As you know, currently, these slots are being HELD for members of the Black/African Diaspora/Latinx/disproportionately affected communities.  Thus far, there has been very little sign up from the community and in order to continue providing these slots, demand needs to be shown.

Please reach out to your communities and have those interested in receiving the vaccine (again, regardless of age) complete the following form ASAP.  A representative will call the individual to discuss possible eligibility which now includes food workers, manufacturer workers, IT/telecommunications, etc.
